As an active part of the community, we strongly believe in providing opportunities to establish a rewarding career, by offering traineeships where we provided full-time employment while completing a Cert III in Scaffolding, therefore you secure a position as an Advanced ticketed scaffolder upon completion.
Our traineeships are fast-tracked with a rate increase in line with a labourer wage within the first 3 months, so you can get certified, while still securing an above award pay rate!

Key Responsibilities:
- Aid ticketed scaffolders on-site as per instructions
- Comply with Thomas Scaffolding WHS obligations, as well as builders’ site rules
- Complete Cert III in Scaffolding by the end of the 2-year Traineeship
To be successful in this position you will require a:
- Drivers licence
- Construction Induction Card
- Forklift Licence (desirable)
