Due to growth in the Tamworth area, we are seeking a trainee scaffolder to join the team, for an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career within the building and construction industry, with a reliable and rewarding company, while also securing a full time position during your study. We are offering a fast-tracked traineeship, so you will move from a traineeship wage up to an above award labourer’s wage after a short probation period, for the duration of your traineeship! Not only are you be paid while completing your Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Scaffold Ticket, plus a Forklift license, but you also get the security and benefits that come from being a Full Time employee.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work harmoniously and follow the direction of the Scaffolders and Leading Hands
- Lead by example and maintain professional conduct at all times with all interactions with clients and other subcontractors.
We also offer attractive travel incentives to complete work between our Coffs Harbour, Tamworth and Forster branches. This may include up to 4 nights away from your usual base location, between Monday – Friday.
